I'm a certified coach and a trained scientist. I studied many ways to get to the heart of a matter and find new ways to go forward. Also, I like to connect and communicate. I discovered that all this together is a neatly sorted backpack with tools to tackle mental load and become very self-effective. My experience and training allow me to help others navigate challenges and transformation processes that life brings along.
